Architect and interior design studio in Valencia

Valencia is where the studio is based and where a large part of its work is built: apartments in Eixample and Ruzafa, houses in Godella, Rocafort, La Cañada and El Vedat, and hospitality and brand spaces in the centre of the city.

The building stock of the city has its own logic. A flat in Eixample arrives with long corridors, a service courtyard and rooms of very different quality; a house in La Cañada arrives with plot, orientation and pine trees. Materials are chosen for how they age, not for how they photograph on the day of the opening.

Site visits happen weekly, suppliers and workshops are known personally, and licences and municipal procedures in Valencia follow a path the studio has already walked. For clients living abroad, the studio works in Spanish, English, Dutch and French, and reports on the works with the same regularity.

Work in the city runs alongside houses along the Costa Blanca and apartments in Madrid, which keeps the same criteria in use across very different places.
